Tubes, banners, tags, sigs, avatars, stationary, web sets, or anything which alters the integrity of the original work as the artist envisioned it, be it for profit or personal use. Sorry.

Licensing

Currently, we have residual licenses with several companies, left over from a former contract. For the most part, and to date, our experience with licensing has been a frustrating and futile experience to be unrepeated, providing remuneration for everyone it seems, except the originator of the works.

that would be reason enough, but for a number of other contributing factors, which shall remain undisclosed, so unfortunately, we shall not be pursuing any licensing deals in the forseeable future.

the terms of usage:

	The author of the site or article must seek express permission first
	the image must be accompanied by a (working) link to www.davidgoughart.com, along with a credit- '"insert image name" courtesy of David Gough ©'
	the images are not to be re-distributed unless otherwise expressed.
	the art must not be doctored or altered-no stretching or condensing the image.
	Please Do Not directly link to the image, but upload it to your own server.
