Tubes, banners, tags, signatures, avatars, stationary, web sets, or anything which alters the integrity of the original work as the artist envisioned it, be it for profit or personal use.

David Gough's art can be used for the following:

	Retail or wholesale display.
	to illustrate an online or published feature about the artist
	a web link (please contact me for mutual links)
	wholesale
	tatoo's

the terms of usage:

	the author of the site or article must seek express permission first
	the image must be accompanied by a (working) link to www.davidgoughart.com, along with a credit- '"insert image name" courtesy of David Gough ©'
	the images are not to be re-distributed unless otherwise expressed.
	the art must not be doctored or altered-no stretching or condensing the image.
	Do Not directly link to the image, but upload it to your own server.

Licensing:

David Gough is currently not open to pursuing any licensing oppurtunity's.

David Gough has been working as a professional artist, illustrator & designer for over 25 years. His work has been used for a variety of media, for clients such as ZTT records,Sound Circus,Hamilton Quarter, Wirral Bourough Council, Pegasus publishing,Oxford Instruments, Errikson,British Midland, Toyota Yaris and Stephen Hawking.

His work has also been privately commissioned, by collectors worldwide.
